Here is a hard arena sized hip hop beat, the first beat made with a cat that i met in guitar center in brooklyn. One day while Nichole was in Target i wandered into guitar center and there was a kid making a beat on a motif and playing piano wonderfully and there was a guy who was rapping, watching him, and then i just jumped on the MPC and we started making music together. we were making music together before we were talking to each other. After a couple of minutes, we all exchanged numbers. Perhaps the rest will be history? Jamal Taylor is a crazy musician.

inspired by the prodigy’s one love, and the movie hackers, and this time in life where our civil liberties are under attack, I had the pleasure of playing this on a beautiful sound system tuned exquisitely by Kjaerbo, for a bunch of people who were most supportive. it was awesome.
